Coca-Cola Bottling Company Consolidated, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, is the largest independent Coca-Cola bottler in the United States. It produces, markets, and distributes nonalcoholic beverages in the Southeast. In 2016, Coke wanted to develop a new multicultural community brand plan for their markets. UMG partnered with Orbital Socket, the lead agency, to create the Hispanic market section of the plan.
Scansource is an international technology company with offices in Latin America. They needed help developing promotional items like emails, micro-sites, digital ads, and collateral material to push several brands in Mexico and South America. We applied our expertise in copy, creative layout, and digital strategy to ensure the promotion was a success in the Latin America market.
Greenville Health System
We were hired to work with the GHS Community Relations Department as Hispanic community outreach and marketing consultants. Together, we developed a strong Hispanic community outreach plan. We engaged and developed relationships with Hispanic leaders, executed several events in the Upstate area, and helped develop strategic messaging to increase awareness for OB/GYN services.
UMG is proud to be a pro bono marketing partner for the South Carolina Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. We’ve provided strategic and creative work from the inception of their logo through website and digital. As an agency that exists to elevate Hispanic culture, we’re delighted to help a non-profit that teaches and empowers Hispanic professionals and entrepreneurs.
Tuthill Corporation is a privately held global manufacturer of industrial goods specializing in rotating equipment such as pumps & meters. Tuthill has multiple distributors in Mexico and in areas around the US that have a large Hispanic presence. We develop, execute, and manage Tuthill’s digital marketing in Mexico.
Carolina Dental Alliance
When Carolina Dental Alliance wanted to reach Hispanics in South Carolina—a group that seldom visits dentists—we created an ad campaign that is attention-catching and based on Hispanic values. Read more about the ads.
Vital Smiles Georgia
We help Vital Smiles Georgia reach the Hispanic community in Atlanta with the message that they provide dentistry inspired by kids. Our initiatives include significant social media messaging and the creation of 3 characters—kid heroes who embody the values of the kids that Vital Smiles serves.
Castan & Lecca, Attorneys at Law
Castan & Lecca, a law firm in the Atlanta, GA area, has built a strong reputation in the Hispanic community through traditional media and community outreach. They engaged us to help them expand their reach to the Hispanic community through different channels. We identified a mostly untapped and growing Hispanic audience searching for attorneys online and launched a targeted digital campaign for that audience. This campaign drives an average of 20-30 calls per day. Additionally, we’ve restructured their website and online content to improve organic reach, leading to a 30-40% gain in organic traffic year over year.
