The National Association of Landscape Professionals Selects UniComm Media Group To Launch New National Media Campaign for the Latino Landscape Network
(Greenville, S.C. – December 9, 2021) – The National Association of Landscape Professionals has retained UniComm Media Group (UMG), a full service, Hispanic advertising agency, to launch a national brand awareness campaign for members of the Latino Landscape Network (LLN), whose mission is to connect and empower Latino landscape professionals in the United States.
UMG is developing a new campaign for LLN called “Leave A Legado” (Leave A Legacy), which will be launched through social media and branding initiatives. The proportion of businesses owned by Latinos in the industry is almost double the national average for all industries with Latinos accounting for more than 16 percent of the business owners in the industry.
“The landscape and lawn care services industry offers so many entrepreneurial opportunities for Latinos, and the legacy they can create for their families is long-lasting,” said Ramon Nieves-Lugo, principal of UniComm Media Group. “NALP and LLN give a voice to all Latino landscapers across the US, and we are honored to help support a platform that encourages entrepreneurship, advocacy, and advancement for Latinos.”
NALP directly supports Latino landscape professionals across from the country, advocating for the nearly 500,000 Latino landscape professionals with local, state, and federal policymakers, developing training and resources, and providing networking and mentoring opportunities.
“Working with UMG gives us the cultural knowledge and marketing expertise we need to grow the Latino Landscape Network,” said Lisa Stryker, NALP vice president of marketing and communications.
UMG was founded in 2009 with a mission to elevate their clients’ brands and enhance the Hispanic culture through on-target market strategies. Today, UMG serves clients in the healthcare, legal, home products, technology, and sports entertainment sectors.
