The Case
With so many Hispanics engaging in social media, Castan & Lecca was interested in expanding their client roster by engaging them online. Once UMG identified the best way to reach this growing audience, we created a digital campaign that doubled the number of new calls per month.
The Action Plan
As their Agency of Record, our first step was to develop our Hispanic Market Opportunity Assessment (HMOA). We asked these questions:
How do we continue to grow Castan & Lecca’s online presence within the Hispanic community in the greater Atlanta area?
How do we drive members of the Hispanic community to Castan & Lecca?
Once the market was identified, our research showed that there were 1000+ searches/month for “attorney” in Spanish within their target area. We restructured their website to account for these searches.
UMG then introduced a call-only campaign to increase call volume. Regular blog posts continue the momentum as we cultivate organic SEO traffic and closely track campaign performance.
